Why Beaumont

Maggiecircle2

You belong at Beaumont School!

“I chose Beaumont not only for their amazing academics and athletics, but also the inclusive community.  I feel I will grow into an independent woman while attending Beaumont.” - Maggi ‘25

At Beaumont School, young women thrive as curious academics with limitless ambition, compassionate leaders with generous spirits, and devoted friends who celebrate success and rebound from difficulty as one community.

Our Ursuline foundation is present in every high school classroom and experience at Beaumont where we educate the whole student - mind, body, and spirit.  As an International Baccalaureate World School, Beaumont provides a dynamic college preparatory, liberal arts education that inspires the best from students and educators alike.  But education doesn’t only happen in the classroom.  Beaumont students are servant-leaders donating thousands of hours to community partners each year.  They are competing and excelling on the field, court, and track and in the courtroom, laboratory, and studio.  At Beaumont School, young women learn to change the world.

Global Education and Leadership

As the only all-girls’ International Baccalaureate World School in Cleveland, Beaumont’s academic program is recognizable around the globe.  The IB Diploma Programme, the capstone for any World School, is considered by universities to be the gold standard of education today.  To us, the IB curriculum is a natural extension of our Ursuline identity, where girls are encouraged and supported to uncover an innate intrigue and passion for discovery.

Ursuline Heritage and Faith

The teachings of St. Angela Merici, foundress of the Ursuline Sisters, is the model and inspiration for how our young women see themselves and develop into leaders in the community and in the world. As they develop their personal faith, our students learn to articulate and defend a strong moral compass.
