What’s Cooking in the Kitchen? Kitchen Profile — Chef Bo. Chef Bo Mueller graduated from Elyria Catholic in 1997. Following high school he graduated from Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts and went on to apprentice at Elyria Country Club. From there he worked his way up from apprentice to Executive Sous Chef after a stint as an exhibition chef at a professional cafeteria in the Terminal Tower for the Sherwin Williams Company. In 2000, he helped opened Erie Bleu in Cleveland. The restaurant was voted best new restaurant by Scene magazine and Chef Bo spent many hours on local radio, TV, doing demos at the Cleveland Rib Burn-off, and had some recipes published alongside Michael Symon in Cleveland magazine. The restaurant closed unexpectedly in 2002 and Chef Bo took a break from the food business and work for his father doing sales until 2013 when a positon at Beaumont School opened. Chef Bo has been at Beaumont since 2013 and is thankful every day for the blessing and the opportunity to cook for such wonderful people. On the personal side, Chef Bo has been happily married to his best friend Adrienne since 2008, and the together they are blessed with two incredible children: Archie 5 and Bernie 2 .
