  Chef Bo's Specials

On May 17, Chef has prepared a new fusion side dish.  It is a red quinoa and arugula salad that mixes baby organic arugula, red quinoa, craisins, diced carrots, cucumbers and red onion, and tossed with a honey orange vinaigrette then topped with blue cheese crumbles.
