MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS & TESTING
All students & families interested in merit scholarship eligibility must submit HSPT scores for consideration.
Presidential Scholarship and Merit Awards range from $1,000 to $5,000 and automatically renew each year a student remains in good academic standing.
Presidential Scholarships are awarded to students who score in the 90th percentile and above on the High School Placement Test (HSPT). Presidential Scholars also receive direct admittance into the Academic Scholars program upon acceptance to Beaumont.
Merit Awards are given to students who score in the 80th percentile and above on the High School Placement Test (HSPT).
All High School Placement Tests taken at Beaumont will be considered for Merit Scholarships. The HSPT may be taken at another location and will be considered for Merit Scholarships, but scores must be received by November 30.
If not testing at Beaumont, submit official HSPT score sheets to email@example.com by November 30 for merit scholarship consideration.
For admission purposes, Beaumont also accepts ISEE and OLSAT score sheets, but these results will not qualify a student for merit scholarship consideration.
