Shadow Days

Become a Blue Streak for a Day!

We know you’re going to love Beaumont. But don’t just take our word for it. Come see for yourself on your personal Shadow Day.

On Campus Shadow Days

Beginning in late September, prospective 8th grade and transfer students are cordially invited to be our guests and experience Beaumont’s community firsthand.  On their Shadow Day, guests are paired with a Student Ambassador and spend the day attending classes with her, meeting fellow students, enjoying lunch compliments of Chef Bo, and exploring all that our community has to offer.

Register For Your On Campus Shadow Day

Beaumont is dedicated to the health and safety of our students and guests.  Thus, we are limiting the number of guests to 6 per day in compliance with our Restart Plan.  We are fortunate to have a large campus with ample outdoor spaces for our students and guests to enjoy.

We are aware that elementary and middle schools are at times asking students to quarantine as a precautionary measure due to possible exposure to COVID-19.  If that circumstance applies to your daughter’s class or school, we kindly ask that you contact the Admissions Office to reschedule her Shadow Day.  We appreciate your help in keeping everyone’s health and safety a priority as we navigate these unique times.

What to Know For Your Shadow Day:

  • Bring and wear a mask while visiting, regardless of vaccination status.  (Your Beaumont hostess will also wear a mask during your visit.)

  • Plan to arrive by 8:15 a.m., entering through the Main Entrance located off North Park Boulevard. The doors are just beyond the statue of St. Angela.  Our Enrollment team and student ambassadors will greet you upon arrival.

  • Wear your school uniform (if applicable), khakis, dress pants, a skirt or a dress (no jeans or sweats please).

  • Lunch is on us - get ready for the legendary Beaumont cookie!.

  • A brief wrap up session will conclude the day and guests are dismissed at 2:15pm through the foyer off North Park.

  • The night before your Shadow Day, your Beaumont Hostess will text or call to introduce herself and give you a preview of the next day.  You’re welcome to ask her any questions that you may have.

During the winter months, please watch the local news for notification that Beaumont is closed due to inclement weather. In the event that Beaumont is closed, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.

To combine your daughter’s Shadow Day with an on-campus Parent Tour, please contact our Enrollment Office at or 216.325.1661.

Virtual Shadow Days

We realize that a Virtual Shadow Day may be preferable for some families.  With that in mind, our Enrollment team is happy to customize a virtual experience for your daughter and you to get to know Beaumont.

To schedule a virtual meet-and-greet with our Enrollment team and Student Ambassadors, please contact the Office of Enrollment Management at 216.325.1661 or

You are also invited to view our Virtual Tour, and be sure to submit a Prospective Student Profile so you’re informed about information sessions and recordings.

To provide for the health and safety of our Beaumont students, faculty, staff and visitors throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, all admissions events and requirements are subject to change.
