Blue Streaks Basketball Skills: Rising 5th - 8th grade girls, all levels
June 21-25
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Join Beaumont’s Basketball Coach Derrick Russell for a fun-filled session of basketball skills and drills! Girls will work on the fundamentals of the game in an energetic setting, while meeting new friends. Players will engage in skills based competitions that will work to improve one’s performance and mindset for the game!

Blue Streaks Track & Field Skills: Rising 5th - 8th grade girls, all levels
June 28-30
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Join Beaumont’s Track and Field Coach, Jim Emery and current members to focus on team building and learning valuable skills in running, jumping, and throwing. Participants can learn a new event and sharpen skills in their favorite event for the upcoming season, all while having fun on the track!

Blue Streaks Volleyball Skills: Rising 5th - 8th grade girls, all levels
July 12-15 
9:00 AM -12:00 PM
Join Beaumont’s Volleyball Coach Pat Royer and current team members for a morning to focus on the game of passing, digging, serving and receiving, setting and hitting. Offensive and defensive team concepts and strategies will be an important focus. This camp aims to strengthen each participant’s level of skill to get each player ready for their upcoming season!

Blue Streaks Strength & Conditioning Camp: Rising 7th - 8th-grade girls, all levels

June 14- June 30

Monday & Wednesdays 5:00 PM-6:00 PM

Join Dr. Carol Ferkovic Mack ’00, our performance coach, for Beaumont’s strength & conditioning camp. This camp is unique to female athletes, focusing on improving strength, power, quickness, and explosiveness on the court or field.  Athletes will learn why proper form and training is essential to their success and prevention of injury.  ACL injury prevention programs have been shown to reduce the risk of non-contact injuries in female athletes by two-thirds. Athletes will also have fun training in a team atmosphere where girls can support each others’ accomplishments!
