Graduation Fee Form and Payment, January 31

The Senior Class of 2025 Retreat will be held on Thursday, April 4 from 9 am to 2 pm on Beaumont’s campus. Attendance is mandatory as part of the class retreat graduation requirement. Students are welcome to dress in Beaumont Dress Down attire.Career Day

Beaumont School’s Prom is on Friday, April 25 from 6:30 pm - 10 pm at the Cleveland Metropark Zoo’s ballroom, Stillwater Place.After Prom, 10pm-1:30am
After Prom will be held this year at the Cleveland State Recreation Center. Students (and their guest to Prom, if they take one) will be bussed to the CSU Rec Center immediately following the conclusion of Prom, and will be bussed back to the Zoo to get their vehicles or to Beaumont at 1:30am. Food, games, music, etc. will be provided at After Prom.The After Prom event is not sponsored or approved by Beaumont School. After Prom is organized, sponsored, and made available solely and separately by Parents of Beaumont, and is not offered as part of or in connection with the Beaumont School Prom. Beaumont School does not endorse or assume responsibility for any party’s participation in the After Prom event. Neither Beaumont School nor its employees, directors, officers, representatives, or agents make any representations or warranties about the After Prom event including, but not limited to, whether the sponsoring parties of After Prom or any attendees or participants in the After Prom event are in compliance with any rules and regulations applicable to the event or the safety and security of any attendees or participants in the After Prom event. AP and IB Exams
Tuesday, April 29 through Wednesday, May 21
Students will need to check the May 2025 IB/AP Testing Calendar at Beaumont for their specific exam dates. Showing up for these exams, when required and registered, is worth 20% of the student’s grade in the class.Project REAL - for students not taking IB/AP Exams
Tuesday, April 29 through Monday, May 12
As outlined in the Handbook, all students not taking an end-of-year IB or AP exam will complete Project REAL. Project REAL is a 16-hour hands-on experience that stems from the belief that through direct participation students can effectively learn about various environments and the responsibilities of the people involved in them. By exposing students to these opportunities, we encourage them to apply the knowledge and skills learned at Beaumont to a real career or service experience. The Project and a corresponding evaluation must be completed between Thursday, April 29 and Monday, May 12. Students required to do the Project will receive an email from Ms. O’Connor early in the second semester. View the 2025 Requirement sheet for full details.To complete the Project REAL requirement, there are four steps to follow.
Submit the Class of 2025 Project REAL Completion Plan form by April 10.
Complete 16 hours of job shadowing or Catholicity service between April 29 and May 12. Note: all 16 hours DO NOT need to be completed at the same site/with the same person.
Track and submit hours on MobileServe App as they are completed. Reference the How to Submit Hours instructions on page 2 of the 2025 Requirement sheet for information on how to fill out the hours in the app.
Submit the Class of 2025 Project REAL Reflection form by May 12. Failure to complete/submit hours and reflection form by this date will require students to complete 20 hours.
Senior Locker Clean-Out/Uniform Donation

Friday, May 2
8:30 am - College T-Shirt Photo Day - We will be taking individual and group photos in your college shirt. A digital copy of each student's photo will be emailed to parents. These photos will be used for marketing purposes, so please prepare as you would for a photoshoot. Share the impact Beaumont has had on you in our quick survey. Meet in MAK for attendance. Breakfast will be provided.
10 am - Senior Awards in Gym with Clap Out at 11:15 am and Wall Jump to follow. Seniors dismissed after Wall Jump.Monday, May 12, 6 - 9 pm
The Mother and Senior Daughter Farewell Dinner will be on Monday, May 16 from 6 - 9 pm. This wonderful tradition features reflection, dinner, and a slide show. The Mother and Senior Daughter Farewell Dinner is sponsored by the Mothers’ Club.- Class Day
Wednesday, May 14
9 am - Seniors arrive in their cap and gowns and gather at St. Angela statue, then process through the halls from 9:15-9:25 am to the gym.
9:40 - 11:10 am Class Day Assembly - this is a formal ceremony in which the student body says good-bye to the senior class.
- Graduation Practice
Thursday, May 15, 12:30 - 3 pm at Church of the Gesu
Seniors are encouraged to bring the shoes they will be wearing to Commencement to this practice. Commencement tickets will be handed out to Seniors after the practice. Graduation Announcements and Other Graduation Celebration Products

Friday, May 16, 6 pm
Seniors must arrive at Saint Dominic Church by 5:30 pm wearing their graduation caps and gowns. Seniors may only wear their Beaumont-issued academic cords and NHS or IB Stoles that will be previously distributed to them. (Please note that no other cords or stoles are permitted and graduation caps are not to be decorated in any way. Decorated caps or other cords/stoles are not permitted during the Beaumont Graduation Ceremony.)
Commencement
Monday, May 19, 7:30 pm
Commencement is on Monday, May 19 at 7:30 pm at the Church of the Gesu. Graduates are to be at Gesu by 6:45 pm wearing their graducation caps and gowns. Seniors my only wear their Beaumont- issued academic cords and NHS or IB Stoles that will previously be distributed to them.Students should wear light-colored (pastel or white) dresses or skirts and blouses beneath their gowns for Graduation.
Photos will be taken of each graduate as she receives her diploma during the ceremony. These photos are free of charge and will be mailed directly to you after they are processed.Each senior will receive 5 tickets to Commencement, distributed after graduation practice on May 15th. Your graduating senior does not need a ticket. If you are in need of additional tickets, we will be sending a wait list form at the beginning of February that will allow each senior family to request 3 additional tickets. The form closes on Tuesday, April 29 at 8 pm. On Friday, May 2, we will communicate to requesting families how many extra tickets we can offer. We are hopeful to be able to meet requests.
