Complete Enrolled Student Records

Beaumont school requires enrolled and registered new students to submit the following final documentation by July 1.

Final Report Card

Please send a copy of your final academic report card for your current elementary or middle school.

Send to:  admissions@beaumontschool.org 

High School Transcript (if applicable)

If you took high school courses for high school credit, please submit an official transcript from either the elementary/middle you attended or the high school from which this credit was obtained.

Immunization Records:

Please send a copy of your most up-to-date immunization record.  We can accept records sent by elementary or middle schools.

Summer Assignments

Beaumont asks that students stay academically engaged during the summer.  Required English and Math summer assignments are to be completed by assigned deadlines.

Beaumont Gear

Show your school pride and stock up for Spirit Wear Fridays.  Every Friday students are allowed to wear a Beaumont spirit top with their uniform skirts. You'll love all of the options we have. You can purchase in our Spirit Store during store hours, or online:

Purchase a Class of 2025 sweatshirt.  If you missed getting a Class of 2025 sweatshirt, you still have a chance to order. Email admissions@beaumontschool.org and we will notify you when another sweatshirt order will be placed.  Expect a communication for class sweatshirts in August.

Service Program Requirements for Graduation. Service is a foundational value at Beaumont and integrated into the fabric of the community through class assignments, club activities, and student leadership opportunities. Every student has service hour requirements each year.

Athletic Department Information
