Entrees for week of 4/1/24 - 4/5/24
Monday: No School Today:
Tuesday: Mozzarella Sticks: Battered logs of mozzarella cheese, breaded and served with a side of marinara sauce. (vegetarian)
Wednesday: Grilled Portabella Sandwich: Large portabella mushrooms marinated and grilled, served on a warm ciabatta bun topped with a roasted red pepper, sliced Swiss and a roasted garlic aioli. (vegetarian)
Thursday: Mediterranean Flank Steak Salad: Spice-rubbed flank steak, grilled and served over a bed of lettuce topped with Mediterranean salad of couscous and feta cheese, with an oregano vinaigrette.
Friday: Chicken and Waffles: This one is for the Seniors - back by popular demand, buttermilk-soaked chicken breast, breaded and deep fried, served over a light Belgian waffle and drizzled with maple syrup.
Brown bag of the week: Uncrustable, Nutra Grain Bar, and an apple. $2.50
Cookie of the week: Apple Caramel Crisp
