Entrees for week of 5/12/25 - 5/16/25
Monday: Texas Straw Hat: Texas what? Texas Straw Hat! A southwestern dish of ground beef cooked in tomato, served over a mound of Fritos and topped with shredded cheese. (GF)
Tuesday: California Roll Bowl: White rice spooned over a nori sheet, topped with quick pickled carrots and cucumbers, shredded Surimi, and sliced avocado with yum-yum sauce drizzle. (GF/Pescetarian)
Wednesday: Stuffed Shells: Pasta shells stuffed with ricotta cheese blended with parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and parsley - topped with marinara sauce. (Vegetarian)
Thursday: Tomato Bisque with Grilled Cheddar: Chef Bo's creamy tomato bisque studded with shredded basil and served with a grilled cheddar cheese sandwich. (vegetarian)
Friday: Grilled Chicken Nachos: Flour tortillas topped with grilled seasoned chicken, sliced jalapenos, salsa, and sour cream!
Premade Salad of the week: Roasted Sweet Potato: Wild greens topped with roasted sweet potatoes, shredded cheddar, black bean and corn salsa, and an avocado dressing. (GF)
Brown Bag Option: Turkey and American on white bread, Nutra-grain bar, and an apple. $2.50
