Entrees for week of 9/15/25 - 9/19/25
Monday: Linguini with Meatball: **It's National Linguini Day!!** Fresh linguini pasta tossed in a creamy blush sauce, topped with a home cooked quarter pound meatball; topped with shaved parmesan cheese.
Tuesday: Carnitas Cheesesteak: Overnight brined pork shoulder, slowly roasted and shredded, then cooked with peppers and onions, stuffed into a warm hoagie and topped with melted queso; served with kettle chips.
Wednesday: California Roll Bowl: Sticky rice laid into Nori wrap then topped with imitation crab meat, pickled cucumber and carrots, smashed avocado, and drizzled with sweet and spicy sauce - topped with sesame seeds. (Vegetarian)
Thursday: French Toast Bake: Rich cinnamon, orange, vanilla egg custard that is cooked with large chunks of soaked bread cubes - topped with macerated berries and warm syrup. (Vegetarian)
Friday: Wellness Day - No Lunch: Stay well, Beaumont!
Premade Salads of the week: In a change from last year, we will be rotating different salad options throughout the week in the grab n' go cooler. They will be labeled and ready to purchase each day!
Pizza of the Week: Mexican Pizza: Pizza sauced with salsa and topped with taco meat; baked with a combination of cheese and topped with queso blanco and fresh cilantro.
Brown bag of the week: Turkey and American on white bread, bag of Lays, and an apple. $2.50
Cookie of the week: Hershey's Cookies and Cream

When adding money to your gift card on-line, Toast recommends adding a minimum of $10. They told me that frequent deposits of less than $10 can sometimes cause their system to flag for fraud.
