IMPORTANT KITCHEN NEWS

  • Next week the Bistro will only be open for food service on Monday and Tuesday!  If you are here on Wednesday, please make adjustments to bring snacks and beverages from home.
  • Since next week is a bit of a crazy week, we will be turning off the pre-order option for Monday and Tuesday.
  • There will be no hot entree option on Tuesday (10/7/25) and Wednesday (10/15/25) as the kitchen will be catering donor events.  We will still have ALL OTHER OPTIONS - pizza, burgers, wings, salad, etc.

 

 

Entrees for week of 10/6/25 - 10/10/25 

 

Monday: Pierogis!: Potato cheese filled dumplings tossed in buttery onions with sour cream on the side. (vegetarian)

 

Tuesday: No Hot Entree: We are catering a donor event, but we will still have all the other options in the kitchen.

 

Wednesday: PSAT Day - No Food Service Today: The kitchen is closed today. Please make other food and drinks arrangements.

 

Thursday: Fall Break, No School: Enjoy Beaumont!

 

Friday: Fall Break, No School: Enjoy Beaumont!  

 

Premade Salads of the week: In a change from last year, we will be rotating different salad options throughout the week in the grab n' go cooler.  They will be labeled and ready to purchase each day!

 

Brown bag of the week: Turkey and American on white bread, bag of Lays, and an apple.  $2.50 

 

Cookie of the week: Surprise - stop in and see what we have!

 

Entrees for week of 10/13/25 - 10/17/25 

 

Monday: Mac n' Cheese Bites: Breaded macaroni and cheese, served golden brown with a side of chipotle sour cream dip. (vegetarian)

 

Tuesday: Baked Potato Bar: We bake 'em, you stuff 'em!  Chili, cheese, bacon bits, etc.. Get creative! (GF/vegetarian)

 

Wednesday: No Hot Entree: We are catering a donor event, but we will still have all the other options in the kitchen.

 

Thursday: Cauliflower Flatbread: Warm flat bread topped with crispy cauliflower tossed in a sweet soy sauce, edamame, and shredded cheddar; drizzled with house made yum-yum sauce. (vegetarian)

 

Friday: Fry Day!: Crispy fries tossed in our secret spice blend and heaped high and deep on a plate! (vegetarian)

** Kitchen Note **

    When adding money to your gift card on-line, Toast recommends adding a minimum of $10.  They told me that frequent deposits of less than $10 can sometimes cause their system to flag for fraud.
