All-School Theme

This theme, "It's What You Do" helps remind us as a whole school that a simple smile, a gentle wave, a small gesture of love, could alter someone's entire day and put a smile on their face. Small acts of kindness remind us that we are truly loved; we are surrounded by people who see us and care about us, even when we come into moments of doubt.

In our Beaumont community, we strive to be an example to one another, realizing that people look up to us. Words are a beautiful thing, but at the end of the day, people remember what you do sometimes more than what you preach.

“It’s what you do” means that we must make conscious decisions to have a positive impact with our actions. It is easy to just go through the motions or to feel like we are powerless, but our actions really do matter. It is a reminder that we have an impact on every person we interact with. It affects the choices we make this year because it tells us the importance of showing up for our classmates, standing up for what is right, and being kind even when no one is watching.

The theme "It's What You Do" means that our actions matter. During this school year, I will strive to make decisions that reflect who I am, acting instead of simply talking about what I'm going to do. For example, as a club leader I will strive to put my words into actions for the benefit of our Beaumont community.
