The Beaumont kitchen is happy to announce that in our pursuit of serving menus that are backed by science and extremely delicious, Chef Bo has partnered with Megan Reynolds, a registered dietician and nutritionist as a consultant for the Beaumont kitchen. Megan has a strong background in dietetics and nutrition having earned her bachelors degree from Kent State University in 2004, and her master’s degree from Case Western University in 2006. She has interned with Cleveland VA Medical Center, and has worked at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, and at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Currently, Megan has her own private practice, https://www.healthyhelpingsnutritionservices.com/---about , where she sees clients individually and contracts with companies in the Greater Cleveland area to help with their wellness programs. She has also been an adjunct professor at Tri-C and has a love of teaching and for food.
Megan will be working with Chef Bo to help to provide wellness tips and strategies, well-balanced menus that are exciting and tasty, and offering insights on how the Beaumont students can maintain their health through stressful times. As Megan says, “I am impressed with the variety Chef Bo offers daily and the commitment of Beaumont to provide nutrient dense meals. I look forward to being a part of this program.”
