Cleveland Heights, Ohio – Beaumont School has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The Plain Dealer Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Our dedicated faculty and staff demonstrate excellence and commitment to our students and the Beaumont community every day,” said President Wendy A. Hoke. “It is that sense of community, modeled on the relational emphasis of our Ursuline charism, that defines the Beaumont experience for staff, students and parents alike. We are so proud that our commitment to each other and to excellence is something that our employees value. Education often goes beyond the confines of a traditional school day. This Top Workplace designation shows we are all united in our Ursuline mission of educating our young women for life, leadership, and service. I’m proud of our team and the impact we have on our students as we prepare young women to go out and change the world.”
"During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance," said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. "When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business."
