Cleveland Heights, Ohio – Beaumont School, an all-girls Catholic high school, proudly recognizes Emma Furjanic as a semifinalist for the 2023 National Merit Scholarship. She is among 16,000 students from across the nation competing for $28 million in scholarships.
To qualify as a semifinalist, students earned top scores on the 2021 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. The nationwide pool of semifinalists, representing less than 1 percent of U.S. high school seniors, including the highest-scoring entrants in each state.
"The Beaumont School community is very excited and happy for Emma to be recognized as a National Merit Semifinalist,” said Principal Ann Hoelzel. “Her dedication and hard work are admirable, and the support of her family and teachers is what makes this recognition possible.”
