Beaumont School is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Dunay as its new Chief Financial Officer bringing decades of financial leadership, operational expertise, and strategic insight to the school’s senior leadership team.

Dunay joins Beaumont from Archbishop Hoban High School, where he has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2021. In that role, he strengthened financial transparency and decision-making by introducing enhanced reporting and analysis tools, implemented a zero-based budgeting approach to improve fiscal stewardship, and partnered closely with Advancement efforts that helped secure more than $12 million in funding for major campus renovations and a new student center.

“Jon brings a rare combination of financial rigor, operational leadership, and mission alignment,” said President Wendy Hoke. “His experience in both education and the private sector will be invaluable as we continue to invest in our students, our faculty, and the future of Beaumont.”

Over the course of his career, Dunay has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive sustainable growth, manage risk, and lead organizations through complex financial and operational challenges. Prior to his work in education, he served as Chief Financial Officer for several organizations across service, health, and manufacturing industries.  Jon started his career with Arthur Andersen LLP, where he earned his CPA.

In his new role at Beaumont, Dunay will oversee the school’s financial operations, human resources, and key administrative functions, working closely with leadership to ensure long-term financial health, operational excellence, and alignment with the school’s strategic priorities.

“I am honored to join Beaumont School and support its mission of empowering young women through education,” said Dunay. “I look forward to collaborating with faculty and staff to build on the school’s strong foundation and ensure its continued success for generations to come.”
