On Thursday, May 14, St. Ann’s Hall, so often filled with the focused energy of current students, was transformed into something extraordinary: a gallery of voices that began at Beaumont and have continued to evolve far beyond it. The evening marked the opening of a two-week exhibition, beginning with a reception featuring 35 alumnae artists and their work.
The result was the inaugural Alumnae Art Show – an inspiring, full-circle moment where past met present in celebration of Beaumont’s 175th Anniversary. It was a vibrant showcase of young women sharing their voices through painting, photography, sculpture, video, and quilting.
For current students, it offered a glimpse of what’s possible. For alumnae, it was a meaningful return to a place filled with memories and the early spark of their artistic journeys.
For Beaumont, it served as a powerful reminder that the impact of a Beaumont education does not end at graduation. It continues to take shape in studios, classrooms, homes, in quiet moments of creation and bold expressions of identity.
This was Beaumont at its best on display: past, present, and still creating.
