New Student Checklist
Complete your Enrollment by Monday, February 23
Log into your Parent Portal, select “Continue Enrollment Process,” complete your Continuous Enrollment Agreement, and submit your Enrollment fee to enroll your Beaumont student officially! See the email sent on Friday, February 13 for more details. If you need more time to decide on your enrollment, have questions, or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact the Director of Admissions, Coreen Schaefer, at 216-325-7336.
Celebrate at Beaumont’s Acceptance Party on Thursday, February 19 from 5:30 - 6:30 pm in the St. Angela Merici Chapel
All parents and their new students are invited to Beaumont’s Acceptance Party! Please meet in the St. Angela Merici Chapel for prayer and welcome, and then let the fun begin! Students will spend time together in the MAK while parents get to know one another in the Foyer. Get ready to ignite the Beaumont spirit. RSVP Here!
Attend Curriculum Night on Tuesday, March 3, from 5:30 - 6:30 pm in the MAK
Parents and new students, please mark your calendars to join us for Curriculum Night. Learn about choices in the Beaumont curriculum and special programs; next steps in course registration and placement testing; technology; uniforms; service; lunch accounts; and beginning-of-school events.
Lenten Evening Mass and Dinner, Wednesday, March 11 at 6 pm
Current and Newly Accepted students and families are invited to a special Lenten Evening Mass and Dinner on Wednesday, March 11, at 6pm. This evening includes a Teaching Mass through which families of all faiths can participate in a guided walkthrough of a Catholic Liturgy. It's an opportunity to learn (or relearn) what is happening, why it’s happening, and the historical or theological meaning behind these rituals. The Mass will be followed by a light Lenten dinner of soup and bread. RSVP here by March 6.
Plan for New Student Placement Tests on Tuesday, April 14 3:30 - 6:30 pm or Wednesday, April 15 3:30 - 6:30 pm
Students requiring placement tests for math and/or world language will be notified.
Order your Beaumont Uniform
Please find the Beaumont Uniform Guide here. You may purchase the uniform pieces from Schoolbelles. Beaumont’s school code is S0205. The last day to order from Schoolbelles for guaranteed August delivery is May 30. Mothers’ Club sponsors a cash-only Gently-Used Uniform Sale at the Acceptance Party and throughout the summer.
Have a Blast at the Luau Party for New Students and Parents on Thursday, June 11, 5 - 6:30 pm in MAK and Courtyard
Let’s get together to say hello to summer and your future as a Blue Streak! Students, come meet your Beaumont sisters. Dinner provided. Parents, join us in the Courtyard to meet members of our Fathers’ and Mothers’ Clubs and toast your Blue Streak family friends.

Complete Your Sports Physical Forms
Every student-athlete is required to have a current physical exam on file in the Beaumont School athletic office before participating in a practice at Beaumont. Find the 2025-2026 OHSAA Physical Form here. Completed forms can be emailed to Athletic Director Tim Ertle at tertle@beaumontschool.org, dropped off in the Beaumont School main office, or mailed to Beaumont School, Attn: Tim Ertle – 3301 North Park Blvd. – Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118.
Consider Applying for Studio Art or Orchestra
Email the Admissions Office to request an application for Beaumont’s Studio Art or Orchestra program. Studio Art applications are due April 10, with interviews on April 15 and April 16.
