Beaumont School Scholarships
Upon acceptance to Beaumont School, the following scholarships are available to prospective families.
Beaumont Presidential Scholarship
For students who receive an 80 or higher composite national percentile score on the High School Placement Test (HSPT). Award amounts vary, but typically range from $1,500-$5,000 renewed annually if in good standing. Students who take the HSPT at Beaumont and score in the 80th percentile or higher will be invited to complete the scholarship. Students who complete the HSPT elsewhere must submit their scoresheet when applying.
Beaumont Academic Scholarship
All students who score a CSQ of 100 or higher on the High School Placement Test (HSPT) and maintain an “A” average in core subjects during their 7th and first quarter 8th grade years, as well as have acceptable conduct and attendance records, will be automatically awarded an Academic Scholarship of $1,000. This scholarship is renewable annually, as long as the student maintains a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average.
Beaumont Life, Leadership, Service Scholarship
All incoming freshmen, regardless of HSPT score, are invited to apply by writing an essay of 500 words or less responding to the following prompt: “Beaumont educates women for life, leadership and service. How have you served others, demonstrated authentic leadership, or taken on new tasks or challenges to live a purposeful life?” Awards vary between $500 and $2,500. Essays are due by December 13 via the Parent Portal.
Beaumont Legacy Scholarship
A Beaumont education is a family tradition. To honor this proud heritage, Beaumont offers a Legacy Scholarship valued at $1,000. Legacy Scholarships are awarded to students who have a mother or grandmother who are Beaumont Alumnae. Legacy scholarships renew for all four academic years.
Beaumont Sister Scholarship
The Sister Scholarship is automatically awarded when one or more siblings are currently enrolled at Beaumont. The Scholarship is granted to the sister in the highest grade (or in the case of twins, to one sibling) and is valued at $1,000. Households are eligible for only one Sister Scholarship each academic year. Award reassignment is reviewed each year to determine new or existing eligibility.
Beaumont Named Scholarships
Beaumont is blessed by over 30 donors who believe in the power of a Beaumont education and have endowed scholarships for students who meet specific criteria. Families must complete the FACTS application to be considered for a Named Scholarship. No other application is required.
State of Ohio Scholarships
State of Ohio Scholarships
Beaumont is a proud provider of the following State of Ohio scholarships: EdChoice, EdChoice Expansion, the Cleveland Scholarship, and the Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship. Students admitted to Beaumont can apply state scholarship funds to the cost of tuition.
What is the Cleveland Scholarship?
All students who currently reside in the Cleveland Municipal School District (CMSD) are eligible to apply for the Cleveland Scholarship. The Cleveland Scholarship is funded by the Ohio Department of Education and eligible students receive $8,407 in aid for each full academic year enrolled at Beaumont.
To apply for, renew, or transfer a Cleveland Scholarship, a student must first be offered admission to Beaumont. Admitted students who wish to be considered for the Cleveland Scholarship must submit application materials to the Beaumont Finance Department.

What is the EdChoice Scholarship?

What is the Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship?
Beaumont is a provider for the Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship Program. Students who have an Individualized Education Program (IEP) from their district of residence are eligible to apply year-round. The amount of each scholarship is based on the disability identified on the student’s IEP, as categorized by the Ohio Department of Education.

Diocesean Tuition Assistance and Scholarships
The Diocese of Cleveland offers several tuition assistance programs and named scholarships each year to eligible students and families. These programs and scholarships have special requirements and applications. The Finance Department will work with the Office of Admissions to identify eligible, admitted students for Diocesan Special Scholarships.
