The Women’s Sports Foundation points out that girls and women who play sports have higher levels of confidence and self-esteem in addition to a more positive body image. Simply put, girls and women who play sports have higher states of psychological well-being than girls and women who do not play sports.

Through athletics at Beaumont, student-athletes will develop character, advance their leadership skills, learn the value of cooperation and teamwork, and prove to be good citizens who exude sportsmanship.

Beaumont honors its athletic past which includes state championships in cross country, track and field and volleyball while working to achieve new successes in its 11 interscholastic offerings. It will compete as a member of the Crown Conference beginning in the 2021-2022 season.

Beaumont School, in partnership with the Ohio High School Athletic Association and the National Federation of State High School Associations, believes in educational-based athletics.
